Wall print on the Berlin Wall in Santo Domingo.

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall on 09.11.2019, the German Embassy Santo Domingo donated a piece of the Berlin Wall to the Dominican Republic.
Together with the Dominican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the German Embassy Santo Domingo launched an art competition in which Dominican artists can present their proposals for painting the piece of the wall. The aim is to artistically transform the piece of the wall into a symbol of freedom, democracy and human rights.

The winner of the art competition was looking for a way to depict his design on the wall piece and became aware of wallPen GmbH.
So wallPen flew to Santo Domingo and printed the wall piece with the artist's design.
