wallPen Corp. grants a warranty of 5 years in total on the wallPen wall printer under the following terms:
1. Warrantor

2. Scope
The warranty applies to brand-new wallPen printers purchased from wallPen Corp. or an authorized wallPen partner in the United States.
3. Duration
The warranty runs for 5 years from delivery.
- Year 1: warranty on the machine.
- Years 2 to 5: warranty for the original purchaser. It is not transferable and ends if the machine is resold.
4. Coverage in years 2 to 5
Free replacement of parts that are defective due to material or manufacturing defects.
5. Not covered
- Wear parts, in particular print heads, transport bags, belts and gears
- Labor, shipping and travel
- Damage caused by improper handling, lack of maintenance or third-party interventions
- Damage caused by ink not supplied by wallPen
6. Support
During the warranty period, phone support, remote maintenance and software updates are free of charge.
7. Making a claim
Please report warranty claims by email to corp-support@wallpen.com, stating the serial number and invoice number.
8. Your other rights
This warranty does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or under our terms and conditions.
